Cupping and Palate Training

Lets cup coffee! Never cupped before? No problem. 

Cupping is a practice to taste and smell coffee. We will explore the body, sweetness, acidity, flavor and aftertaste of all of our current offerings at Coma. This is a great way to distinguish characteristics of coffees and evalute them.

We will explain our roasting technique and how it applies to each coffee.

This event is very informal and we can geek out about the coffees as much or as little as you would like!
